Customer Support - Maintenance, Repair and Calibration

We are setting up an Accredited Calibration Laboratory, which complies with ISO/IEC Standards 17025.

With this accredited calibration laboratory, our instrument calibration service will be recognised internationally and traceable to national standards, DSM (Department of Standards Malaysia), which is the only accreditation body in Malaysia (The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation).

DSM has Mutual Recognition Arrangements framework of the International Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation (ILAC) and Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation (APLAC), which will allow us to offer:

Services

Calibration, repair and services on process instrument; plant maintenance and shut down down of calibration work.

Calibration Services for Gas Analyzer

On-site and workshop calibration on gas analyzer.

 

Instrumentation and Electrical Installation

Together with our partner, we provide:

  • Field Instrument and Electrical Equipment installation, wiring and cabling
  • Tubing installation work for air line and gas analysing sampling line
  • Design, Fabricate, Install Instrument/Analyzer Panel

PCSB can offer a team of personnel suitably qualified to manage, engineer and support the proposed system/project throughout its life-cycle. Support can be provided on a 24 hour, 365 day a year basis. Although the prime function is to maintain and support the proposed control and safety systems, the scope of service can be extend to the analysis of the operational data, incentives for improved safety and efficiency, design and technical consultancy and quality initiatives.
